The Department of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Sassari is partner of the ENETWILD consortium, a European network of wildlife professionals engaged in providing reliable data on species distribution and abundance of selected host species and their pathogens to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). Present focus of ENETWILD is the wild boar and its role in the spread of the African Swine Fever virus across Europe. More info at
